Smoothie Recipe

Standard

1 cup of spinach/kale

1 cup fruit of your choice

1/2 cup of almond/soy/coconut milk

1 frozen square of wheat grass (comes frozen at Bassetts or healthfood store, great for energy, also known as a superfood).

I have issues with being regular so I add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed.  This gives the smoothie a nutty taste.  This is optional.  I drink one of these in place of breakfast.
