Hello my beautiful besties! Just wanted to let you guys know what I had yesterday because I was proud lol. For breakfast, I had a smoothie with spinach, blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, flax seed, wheat germ and soy milk. It was good! For lunch, I wasn’t that hungry so I had some broccoli and cauliflower with some ranch (can’t do the raw with nothing just yet, I’m working on that LOL), and for dinner I had a spinach salad with cucumbers, parmesean (sp?) and Olive Garden dressing (they have it at Sams!). I didn’t finish the full pitcher of detox water though. Hope you beauties had a great first day to the new us!!!!!! Love you!
